So one question came back every week: which supplier actually delivers what they promise? The dashboard I was looking for, I never got.
Today I ask Claude. Through BC MCP Pro, set up in Azure by Vangelder Solutions, the supplier scorecard is there straight away, directly from Business Central: on-time percentage, lead time against the agreed lead time, deviations at receipt and price trend. No report to commission, no queue at IT. If I want a different angle, I just ask for it.
