Licence · E-Invoice Platform

What you may do with the app, and what we stand behind.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

What these terms are

These terms govern your use of E-Invoice Platform, an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central published by Vangelder Solutions BV, Pastorijstraat 27, 9100 Nieuwkerken-Waas, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0802.046.676.

They are the “product Terms of Use” referred to in our general Site Terms, and for this app they take precedence over those.

Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app in the Business Central environments covered by your subscription, for your own business purposes, for as long as that subscription is in effect.

What the licence does not cover

You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell or rent the app; decompile or reverse-engineer it, except to the extent that mandatory law permits; remove or alter any notices in it; or use it to provide a service to third parties who are not covered by your subscription.

A separate platform account is required

The app sends and receives documents through an e-invoicing platform provider that operates a certified Peppol access point. An account with that provider is required for the app to send or receive anything, and is sold separately.

That account is governed by that provider’s own terms, not by these. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or delivery across the Peppol network.

What the app does with your data

Described in the privacy statement for this app, which forms part of these terms.

In short: your invoices, your customers and vendors, and the bank details on them stay in your Business Central tenant, and we have no access to them. Documents you send and receive travel through the platform provider above. A narrow stream of diagnostic events reaches an Azure Application Insights resource we operate, and is deleted after 90 days.

Support

Included for the duration of your subscription, on the terms published at vangeldersolutions.be/en/support. We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday, Belgian public holidays excluded.

Updates

We may publish updates through Microsoft Marketplace, and those updates are covered by these terms.

We may change these terms for future versions. The version in force for you is the one published here when you install or update the app.

No warranty beyond what the law requires

The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any document will be accepted by a receiving party or by an authority.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and the legal compliance of the documents you send, including their invoicing and VAT content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from a document that was not delivered, was delivered late, or was rejected.

Term and termination

These terms apply from the moment you install the app until you uninstall it or your subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the app and uninstall it.

The sections No warranty beyond what the law requires, Liability and Governing law survive termination.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. The courts of Ghent, Dendermonde division, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
