Vangelder Solutions BV (“we”, “us”) collects only the information you choose to share with us through the contact form, email, or in the course of an engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The data we hold is limited to: identifying information you submit (name, email, company, phone), correspondence (messages you send us and our replies), and engagement records (proposals, invoices, project artefacts). All of this is stored on Microsoft 365 services hosted in EU regions.

You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@vangeldersolutions.be. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics: this site uses minimal first-party cookies for functionality only. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy section below for the specific list.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of vangeldersolutions.be (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes about Vangelder Solutions BV and its brands. Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information.

Vangelder Solutions BV is a data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for personal data submitted to us via this Site or in the course of business correspondence.

Lawful basis for processing: contact-form submissions and direct correspondence are processed under Article 6(1)(b) (necessary for taking pre-contractual steps) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Engagement records are processed under Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract) and 6(1)(c) (legal obligation, e.g. invoicing, tax records).

Your rights under GDPR include: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@vangeldersolutions.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Data retention: contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months unless they lead to an engagement, in which case the standard engagement-record retention applies (10 years for invoicing-related records, per Belgian law).
