Vangelder Consultancy
Stephane Vangelder begins independent Business Central consulting work in Belgium, building on twenty-plus years inside manufacturing and ERP.
Crossing to the partner side
Stephane takes a regional-manager role at an established Microsoft Dynamics partner, launching their new regional office. Vangelder Consultancy continues alongside.
Vangelder Solutions BV founded
Family company formed with Pieter-Jan Vangelder as co-director. Vangelder Consultancy wound down; all work now bills through Vangelder Solutions. The studio model takes shape.
360 Solutions takes the lead
Pieter-Jan and Gert-Jan refocus the commercial work under the 360 Solutions brand. Three custom products shipped (Mijnuren, Echoflow, Fusion 360 Rim Designer) and an open-source MCP practice emerging. Vangelder Solutions becomes the corporate house behind it all.

The Business Central platform studio
Run by Pieter-Jan Vangelder and Gert-Jan Vangelder, with Stephane as founding architect, 360 Solutions is where the commercial work of Vangelder Solutions happens. SaaS portals, custom Business Central apps, AI engineering, and an open-source MCP practice.
The 360 brand was the deliberate refocus that took the company from "Vangelder Solutions does X and Y and Z" to "360 Solutions does the platform layer around Business Central, period." It's where the trial flows live, where AppSource compliance happens, and where Microsoft Partners send referrals.
Mijnuren
Time registration for project-driven teams
A standalone mobile-first time tracker. Built for service firms that have outgrown spreadsheet timesheets but don't need a full PSA suite — the goal is "log eight minutes from a phone in three taps, and have a clean weekly report waiting on Friday."
Mijnuren is its own product, not a Business Central add-on — it runs independently, owns its data, and is a deliberately small, focused tool. It started as an internal need, became the answer when other customers asked for the same thing, and is now one of the productized parts of the family.
Echoflow
Conversational AI for property and service businesses
Conversational AI for property and service businesses, built primarily on n8n and Azure AI Foundry, with real estate API integration and Meta conversion tracking. Built for property agencies and service businesses that want a chatbot that actually books a viewing, qualifies a lead, or hands off to a human at the right moment — not one that loops a customer through five FAQs.
Echoflow is where the family's AI work meets the customer-facing layer. The plumbing under it (LLM orchestration, conversion attribution, CRM hand-off) is what you'd expect from a small studio that takes both the AI and the marketing-ops side seriously.

Customer and vendor portals for Business Central
The portal product line that anchors 360 Solutions' SaaS work. Customer and vendor portals that sit on top of Business Central — order entry, invoice access, document exchange — without the multi-six-figure customization that BC portals have historically required.
Technically a product line within 360 Solutions, but it lives at its own domain because portal-shopping customers Google "Business Central customer portal," not "360 Solutions." The brand serves the buyer.
